*The DEPOSIT is required with this contract in amount specified above and is non refundable unless the contract is canceled by Take 2 Karaoke & DJ Services . Full payment of the balance due must be made in cash or certified check or money order (no personal checks or credit cards) and must be made before the entertainment begins that evening, (NO EXCEPTIONS) .  Due to the unsafe nature of late night driving, events occurring outside a 60 mile radius of Cocke County, Tennessee require overnight lodging to be provided  prepaid, for the Entertainer.  CANCELLATIONS can only be made in writing by purchaser(s) named within this contract provided that notification be made no later than 30 days prior to engagement. Cancellations can only be made by certified mail to the addresses stated within this agreement. In the event of a cancellation by the Contractor, any deposit paid will not be refunded. In the event of a cancellation by Take 2 Karaoke & DJ Services at any time, the deposit will be refunded with the cancellation notice. Balance to be paid in full by purchaser if cancelled without 30 day notice. **Take 2 Karaoke & DJ Services  is NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DELAYS or failures to perforn caused by the readiness or accessibility of the dance hall, or cooperation from said hall. If set-up is delayed such time may affect the actual length of entertainment, and is not cause for partial refund. If inadequate power is available or provided Take 2 Karaoke & DJ Services is not liable for any possible damage to building electrical systems and is due full compensation for musical and or lighting equipment damages due to electrical system failures.  It is understood that the price agreed upon in this contract is not contingent upon attendance, local conditions, or circumstances that may affect attendance by weather conditions, sickness, accidents, accidents by transportation, riots, strikes, epidemics, acts of God, or any other legitimate conditions beyond the control of the D.J. PLEASE NOTE: CONTRACTS DONE BY MAIL MUST BE SUBMITTED & RETURNED WITH DEPOSIT WITHIN 10 DAYS OR DATE MAY BE REOPENED TO THE PUBLIC!  All legal issues aside, prepare to have a GREAT TIME!
